At ILM Care, the focus is on providing top-tier clinical services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Tasked with creating both the brand identity and the website, we aimed to convey a sense of trust, credibility, and warmth, essential for a company dedicated to such compassionate services.
Brief
ILM Care needed a brand that would resonate with their target audience—facilities and residents alike — by emphasizing trust, progress, and a welcoming environment. The website was to serve as both an informational hub and a recruitment platform, showcasing ILM Care’s services, professional team, and job opportunities.
Solution
The branding approach involved selecting a delicate yet firm typeface, paired with warm green and purple tones to evoke trust and comfort. The logo design subtly hints at progress and movement, aligning with the company’s values without being overt.
For the website, a clean and intuitive design was employed to clearly communicate the services offered and highlight the skilled professionals that make up the ILM Care team. The site also included a dedicated recruitment section, making it easy for potential candidates to learn about job opportunities and apply directly.

A unique aspect of the branding is the logo, designed as an arrow symbolizing progress and forward movement. This arrow cleverly transforms into a heart when rotated, encapsulating ILM Care's commitment to both advancement in healthcare and deep compassion for the residents they serve. This dual symbolism is central to the brand’s identity, reinforcing their mission in a visually engaging way.
